If the product want to be placed on the EU/UK market, it has to be notified after the cosmetic products are compliant with the relevant legislation. Since January 2012, the EU Regulation 1223/2009 create only one electronic centralized notification system (the CPNP) for all the EU countries. This article provides some information about CPNP.
